Obituary for Annette Lynn Bartel

Annette Bartel, age 49 passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday, November 20, 2017 after a long courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on July 11, 1968 in Hartford to Ralph and Barbara (Stippich) Bartel. After graduation from Hartford Union High School in 1986 she worked 2 years at Fox & Hounds, 6 years at Tetra Print as a plate maker, 16 years at Hallmark Dog Training Supplies and most recent at Slick Herb Farms. She most enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and her beloved pets.

Annette leaves behind her parents Ralph and Barbara; sister, Brenda (fiancé Doug Roe) Bartel of Iron Ridge; brother, Jeffrey Bartel of Hartford; nephews, Brandon (friend Beth) Bartel of Hustisford, Tyler Newman of Iron Ridge; nieces, Brittany and Lily Newman of Iron Ridge; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Annette is preceded in death by her grandparents Alfred and Lillian Bartel and Bernard and Betty Stippich.

A Memorial Service for Annette will be held at Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union St., Hartford on Saturday, November 25 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Sharon Stier presiding. Visitation for family and friends from 11:30 AM until time of service. Committal to follow the service at Faith UCC, Slinger.
